For the fish:
10 medium fish fillets
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon sunflower oil
For the marinade:
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon sunflower oil
2 medium green chilies
1/2 teaspoon powdered turmeric
10 grams chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cloves garlic
2 handfuls fresh coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 handful fresh dill leaves
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Fish
Start by gently massaging the fish fillets with sunflower oil. This will help keep them moist during grilling. Set the fillets aside on a plate.
Step 2: Make the Marinade
In a grinder or food processor, combine garlic, turmeric powder, red chili powder, green chilies, dill leaves, coriander powder, and salt. Add sunflower oil and blend into a smooth paste. Rub this marinade generously over the fish fillets, ensuring they’re evenly coated. Let them marinate for 15–30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Step 3: Grill the Fish
Preheat your grill or oven. Grill the marinated fish fillets for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they’re golden and crisp. Make sure the internal temperature of the fish reaches 145°F (63°C) for safe consumption.
Step 4: Serve and Enjoy
