Cooking Tips
Swordfish is a firm fish that holds up well on the grill, making it beginner-friendly.
For the best flavor, use freshly squeezed lemon juice and fresh-picked herbs.
Pair with a simple side salad, grilled vegetables, or herbed couscous for a complete meal.
This dish is a healthy, protein-rich option packed with heart-healthy fats from olive oil and nutrient-dense herbs. The light, citrusy sauce complements the fish without overpowering it, letting the natural flavor of the swordfish shine.
